Sloped land
Land on a slope — often spectacular, often cheap, and often expensive to use: foundations, retaining walls, and access all cost more, and landslide zoning may apply. Price per square meter on a slope is not comparable to flat land nearby; the buildable, usable area is what you are really buying.
