- Property registration requests: JPY 1,500 per registration type (land/building). Optional add-ons: JPY 500 each.
- Additional Charges
- Internet connection and communication fees are borne by the customer. No shipping fee for digital delivery.
- Payment Method
- Credit card (processed securely via Stripe).
- Payment Timing
- One-time purchases are charged at checkout. Subscription plans are billed according to the plan cycle shown at checkout.
- Service Delivery Timing
- Digital services are available immediately after successful payment. Property registration requests begin processing after payment confirmation; documents are generally delivered by email within about 24 hours.
- Cancellation / Refund
- For one-time digital services (including property registration requests), cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after payment and processing have started, except where required by applicable law. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time from the Stripe Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect based on the billing settings shown in Stripe.
