Transaction Terms
- Service Pricing
- Property registration requests: JPY 1,500 per registration type (land/building). Optional add-ons: JPY 500 each.
- Additional Charges
- Internet connection and communication fees are borne by the customer. No shipping fee for digital delivery.
- Payment Method
- Credit card (processed securely via Stripe).
- Payment Timing
- One-time purchases are charged at checkout. Subscription plans are billed according to the plan cycle shown at checkout.
- Service Delivery Timing
- Digital services are available immediately after successful payment. Property registration requests begin processing after payment confirmation; documents are generally delivered by email within about 24 hours.
- Cancellation / Refund
- For one-time digital services (including property registration requests), cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after payment and processing have started, except where required by applicable law. Exception (record-or-refund guarantee): if we cannot obtain an official registration record you ordered — because no such registration exists or the property cannot be identified from your request — the price of that record is refunded in full. Subscription plans can be canceled at any time from the Stripe Billing Portal; cancellation takes effect based on the billing settings shown in Stripe.
