Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features and we'll prorate the charge. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. You won't lose any saved research — you just won't be able to access premium features until you subscribe.
How does business billing work?
The Business plan includes 3 seats. Additional seats can be added at any time for ¥3,900/month each. All seats are billed to a single account on the same billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free — that's 12 months for the price of 10. The discount is applied automatically when you select the annual option.
