Registered land category
The land use recorded in the registry: 宅地 (residential), 田 (rice paddy), 畑 (field), 山林 (forest), 雑種地 (miscellaneous), and others. It matters more than it looks: farmland categories restrict who may buy, and the registered category does not always match actual current use.
