ippitsuいっぴつ

A single parcel

One registered unit of land with one lot number. Parcels can be split (分筆, bunpitsu) or merged (合筆, gappitsu), and each operation creates new registry entries. Rural properties are frequently sold as bundles of several parcels of different land categories.
