Revolving mortgage

A mortgage securing ongoing, fluctuating credit up to a stated maximum (極度額), common on properties owned by business operators. Like an ordinary mortgage it must be released at purchase, but cancelling one involves the borrower's whole banking relationship, which can slow a deal down.
