差押

sashiosaeさしおさえ

Seizure / attachment

A court- or tax-office-ordered attachment recorded on the title, typically preceding a forced auction for unpaid debts or taxes. A seizure on the record is a major red flag: the registered owner can no longer freely sell, and the property may be headed to auction.
