路線価
rosenkaろせんか
Roadside land value
Per-square-meter values the National Tax Agency assigns to virtually every street in built-up Japan, used to compute inheritance and gift tax. Set at roughly 80% of the official land price, rosenka's dense coverage makes it a useful proxy for relative land values even where no survey point exists.
