hyōka shōmeishoひょうかしょうめいしょ
Valuation certificate
The municipal certificate stating a property's assessed value for the current year, obtained from the city or town hall. The judicial scrivener needs it to calculate registration tax at closing, and it is the document that tells you the official tax valuation of what you are buying.
