Zoning district
One of 13 land-use districts, from low-rise residential to heavy industrial, assigned to land in urbanization areas. The district sets what may be built — both on your land and around it — plus the coverage and floor-area ratios. Check the neighbors' zoning too: a quiet house beside commercial zoning may not stay quiet.
