Non-rebuildable property
A property whose building cannot legally be rebuilt if demolished or destroyed, almost always for failing the road-access requirement. This single status explains many astonishing bargains: financing, insurance, and resale are all much harder. Renovation within limits is possible, but you are buying a depreciating structure on locked land.
